Job Summary:
Join a dedicated team at our customer site located in Monett MO as a Grounds Crew Member, where you will work alongside seasoned professionals to maintain our stunning 136-acre campus. This position involves a mix of outdoor tasks including mowing, pruning, irrigation, and dirt work. During the winter, your focus will shift to ensuring campus safety by clearing snow and ice. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temp to Hire with Full-time hours
- Location: Monett, MO
- Pay: $$17.00 an hour
- Shift: 5:30 AM 2:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Start Date: 5/12/25 or later
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance and grounds upkeep, including mowing, weed eating, fertilizing, and leaf collection.
- Assist with internal relocations by moving and arranging furniture and equipment.
- Participate in heavy grounds maintenance and light irrigation tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas and perform tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 9 months of general labor experience.
- Experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and furniture arrangement.
- Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, forklifts, and skid steers.
