Work with team members and be motivated, self starting to provide high quality lawn and landscape services. The lawn maintenance landscape technician is an experienced person who will assist the crew leader. The technician works as a member of the team and is responsible for landscape maintenance, installation, and enhancement projects under the direction of the crew leader. The technician can operate a variety of equipment and has a minimum of two years experience with the use of commercial zero turn lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, stick edges, hedge trimmers as well as non-mechanical hand tools such as rakes, tarps, hand pruners, ladders, wheelbarrows, shoves. An experienced technician can identify the difference between cool and warn season grasses and understand the correct mowing height for each turf type.

During the onsite interview
The experienced lawn maintenance technician will demonstrate how to correctly use a:

Zero turn lawn mower

Walk behind lawn mower

String trimmer

Stick edger

Leaf blower

Hedge trimmers

Fuel mixing ratio

Other job duties will include

An experienced landscaper will assist in

Removing and planting shrubbery

Spreading mulch

Must be able to lift 75 lbs multiple times

Site preparation

* Excavation ground for :

* Patios

* Walkways

* Sod Installation

* Shrubbery Installation

* Retaining walls

- Must have a minimum of 1 years experience

- Must be self motivated

- Must valid driver’s license / transportation
