Gardening Supervisor $32-38/hr Join Bandit Lawn + Garden

Bandit Lawn + Garden is hiring a Gardening Supervisor to oversee our small and awesome team taking care of some of Whistler and Pembertons most iconic propertiesincluding Scandinave Spa Whistler and the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

Supervisor details.
Competitive Pay: $32-38/hr (depending on experience) with paid lunch break
Full-time, April October, with potential for extended work for snow removal in winter
Four-day workweek - TuesdayFriday, 10-hour shifts
Work on top-tier properties in Whistler + Pemberton

What Youll Be Doing:
Leading a small team of gardeners
Gardening maintenance on high-end gardens: pruning, planting, weeding, mulching + more
Light equipment use (mowers, trimmers, blowers) + driving truck and trailer

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of gardening or landscaping experience
Strong leadership skillsmotivating and directing a crew
Plant knowledge (perennials, annuals, shrubs, trees)
Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable in all weather conditions
Valid drivers license
