Alexanders Property Maintenance is a complete-service property maintenance landscaping company with locations in Largo, Tampa, and Ruskin, FL. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader/Foreman for our Tampa/Odessa branch.
Specific Responsibilities/Requirements:
Clean Valid Driver License - This is a MUST!
Supervise and perform commercial and residential landscape projects from start to finish, coordinate job activities and materials, ensure sound horticultural procedures and company policies are followed through the entire job, and drive/maintain our work trucks and run articulating loader or bobcat.
Prioritize daily work lists, train and oversee the crew, and ensure the completion of time reports
Applicants must be experienced in all facets of planting, grading, seeding, sodding, irrigation adjustments and either experience with hardscape or ability to work with hardscape crews.
Must have 3 - 5 years of Landscape Installation experience.
Good organizational skills, with ability to prioritize.
Strong communication skills, a must.
Team work is essential, but must be able to work alone.
Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record required.
