Key Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate a truck with a trailer to transport equipment and materials.
Utilize your knowledge of Florida plants, shrubs, and trees to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces.
Train and mentor crew members to ensure safety, efficiency, and job satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure projects meet expectations.
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Experience: 2-3 years of professional landscaping experience in Florida, with healthy plant knowledge.
Driving Skills: Clean driving record and Proficient in driving a truck and trailer.
Leadership: Proven ability to work solo and/or lead a team and manage projects effectively.
Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Communication: Must speak fluent english and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
