Finish Skip Loader Operator

We are looking for a finish skip loader operator used for the grading of all subgrade, concrete grading, and Asphalt preparations. Moving the machine around is not good enough or considered a finish operator. We use new 210 John Deer LE skip loaders on the daily basis. We are looking someone with a good attitude and is willing to take direction from the others on the crew.
