Landscape Construction Foreman and Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Construction person(s) to join our team. This role will involve a variety of tasks related to landscape construction, including hardscaping, planting, and outdoor project installations. If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and experience in landscape construction, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install hardscaping elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor features.

• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf, ensuring proper installation and care.

• Operate landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., skid steers, excavators, saws, etc.).

• Assist with grading and drainage work to ensure proper water flow.

• Follow design plans to ensure accurate execution.

• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Perform general labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge and experience in hardscaping, installation, grading, and general landscape construction activities.

• Ability to operate various landscaping machinery and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

• Good physical condition, capable of handling manual labor in outdoor settings.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license desired.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
