Express is looking for a Lead Landscaper Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Lead Landscaper to supervise and coordinate our landscaping crew. This key role involves overseeing the planning and execution of landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise & Coordinate Crew: Lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance on all projects. Assist in Design & Planning: Collaborate with clients and designers in the planning and design of landscaping projects, including plant selection, hardscaping, irrigation, and outdoor structures. Project Management: Ensure that landscaping projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Maintenance Oversight: Supervise routine landscaping maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, fertilization, and pest management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Qualifications: Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Knowledge of landscaping design, hardscaping, plant selection, and irrigation systems. Strong understanding of lawn care, pruning, fertilization, and pest management practices. Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals. Experience hauling trailers and operating towing vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
