Experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR - Corrugated

We're growing and looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our team at our Chicago Box Plant . If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!

Openings with a pay range of $19.45 to $21.00 per hour + shift differential.

• Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse and dock area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with Shipping & Receiving on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Partner with Production Planning to ensure materials are available for upcoming orders.
• Pull and prepare jobs for the next shift’s production run.
• Quickly fulfill material replenishment requests to avoid production delays.
• Handle and load scrap materials efficiently.
• Operate and maintain a forklift safely to prevent damage to products, equipment, and personnel.
• Inspect propane cylinders to ensure they are stored properly and filled as required.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience: At least 3 years of warehousing and inventory control experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency, strong math skills, and attention to detail.
• Safety Focus: Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
