Key Responsibilities:

• Paver Operator: Operate the paver, assist in preparing and smoothing materials for paving jobs, working with the crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Roller Operator: Operate roller, assist with various duties on the job site, including moving materials, preparing surfaces for paving, and supporting the crew in maintaining safety and quality throughout the job.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must take pride in producing high-quality work.
• Previous labor experience is a plus but not required—training is available for the right candidates.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to the success of the team.

Employment Type:

• Full-time position (Monday through Friday)
• Overtime may be required during the busy season.
